Established in 1999, the owner Weldon Lewis began his apprenticeship at Perfection Tattoo under Shawn DeGan in 1992. He worked at Perfection Tattoo ( San Antonio’s first custom tattoo shop ) for Shawn DeGan and Chris Trevino until the end of 1998. In 1999 Mr. Lucky’s Tattoo was opened on the St Mary's strip, after 15 years in that location Mr. Lucky’s Tattoo was relocated to 2856 Thousand Oaks Dr.
